Anja Drewes Properties Celebrates Two Platinum Awards in CommunityVotes Sugar Land 2026
A special recognition for our boutique real estate brokerage serving Sugar Land, Richmond, Katy, and Greater Houston!
We are proud to announce that Anja Drewes Properties has been named a 2026 Platinum Winner in two categories in the CommunityVotes Sugar Land awards!
🏆 Platinum Winner – Real Estate Agents
🏆 Platinum Winner – Real Estate Brokers
These awards are especially meaningful because they reflect the votes and support of the local community we are proud to serve.
A Boutique Brokerage Built on Trust and Relationships
Our founder and broker, Anja Drewes Neidhardt, began her real estate career in 2008 and established Anja Drewes Properties in 2013 with a clear vision: to offer a more personalized approach to real estate.
As a locally owned boutique brokerage, we believe buying or selling a home should never feel like just another transaction.
We take pride in providing individual attention, honest guidance, strong market knowledge, and professional service tailored to each client's needs.
From helping homeowners sell in Sugar Land and Richmond to assisting buyers, sellers, and relocating families throughout Greater Houston, our focus has always been on building lasting relationships and earning our clients' trust.
Thank You to Our Community!
With more than 800 successful real estate transactions and years of serving the Greater Houston community, we are incredibly grateful for the relationships we have built along the way.
To everyone who voted for Anja Drewes Properties, referred friends and family, or trusted us with one of life's biggest financial decisions — THANK YOU!
Your continued support makes these two Platinum Awards especially meaningful.
We look forward to many more years of helping our neighbors achieve their real estate goals.
